Looking for a fun way to move, connect and explore something new?

Join Longevity Cities Essen for **CLIMB & CONNECT** — a relaxed social meetup combining indoor bouldering, good coffee and great company.

Whether you're an experienced climber or have never tried bouldering before, everyone is welcome! No competition, no pressure and no need to be an athlete. Just come along, give it a go and enjoy moving together.

##### What to expect

🧗 **Bouldering together** — Explore different routes, challenge yourself at your own level and encourage each other along the way.

☕ **Coffee & connection** — Relax over a coffee after climbing and get to know people who share an interest in health, movement and conscious living.

🌱 **Longevity through community** — Discover how enjoyable movement, learning new skills and social connections can become part of a healthy, active life.
