## Summary

Women taking creatine were more likely than men to cite healthy aging as their goal and less likely to cite athletic performance. Among about 2,100 users on a supplement platform, women were half or more of short-term users but only 20% of 3+ year users. Women also felt less confident than men at the same knowledge level, and newer users were unsure rather than believing myths. With a 2% response rate and a single snapshot, the survey can't explain why fewer women report long-term use.

## Practical Takeaway

This survey suggests many women try creatine for healthy aging rather than sports.
