Diana Warrings is a registered nutritional therapy practitioner, health coach and holistic chef based in Berlin. She trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London (DipION), is registered with BANT, the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and is currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Portsmouth. Nutrition is her second career. Before retraining, she worked as a photographic producer in the fashion industry, first in London and later in Berlin. Food stayed at the center the whole time. Today she combines clinical nutrition work with cooking, recipe development and workshops. She runs an online nutrition and lifestyle practice alongside Studio Green Berlin, a holistic lifestyle, nutrition and culinary arts studio. Her clinical focus is women's health in midlife: hormone balance through perimenopause and menopause, skin conditions such as acne and rosacea, and gut health. The approach is functional and food-first. Seasonal cooking instead of calorie counting, with targeted testing and supplements where they actually make sense. In 2024 she completed ION's Return to Practice course, certified as a health coach through Zest4Life, and had recipes published in The Colourful Kitchen Cookbook, curated by ION.
