Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Longevity Germany account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion works the same on the website and in the Android app, takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

1. How to delete your account

Follow these steps in the app or on the website:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" card at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click "Delete Account" and confirm with your password.

2. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, login credentials, Health Stack and saved scan results, challenge participations and check-ins, connections, notifications, achievements and your newsletter subscription. Articles you have written for the community are kept but anonymized: your name, username and photo are removed from them.

3. Export your data first (optional)

If you want a copy of your data, download it before deleting: in Settings you can export everything we store about you as a machine-readable JSON file.

4. If you can no longer log in

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm once the deletion is complete, normally within a few days.

5. Uninstalling the app is not enough

Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account or your data. Please use the steps above or contact us by email.
