MyWay 2026 is Berlin's strategy summit for family-owned businesses, held September 23–24 (with related programming running September 22–25), organized by Media Pioneer — the company behind Gabor Steingart's "The Pioneer."
Billed as a strategy summit for family enterprises, it brings together entrepreneurs, successors, and executives to discuss generational transition, innovation, and future-proofing the Mittelstand.
The program includes a main conference stage, masterclasses, curated networking and B2B meeting formats, and a music festival get-together. Confirmed voices include Vice Chancellor Lars Klingbeil and Economy Minister Katherina Reiche, alongside business leaders such as Friederike Driftmann-Egelhof (Kölln), Alexandra Kohlmann (ROWE Mineralölwerk), and Paul Falke (FALKE KGaA).
