What is Longevity London?

Longevity London is a free, science-based community for people in London who want to stay healthy for longer. The London chapter of Longevity Cities is a friendly London longevity network for anyone curious about movement, food, sleep, stress and good relationships, from wellness regulars to complete beginners. No medical background needed.

Recent meetups have been social and outdoors. There was a community dinner at the plant-based restaurant KIN in Fitzrovia the night before the Healf Experience (HX26) wellbeing event, and an easy Sunday 5K through the Royal Parks past Big Ben, The Mall and St James's Park at a deliberately slow 6:00 min/km pace. Next up is Matcha & Walk on Saturday 10 October 2026 at 10:30, meeting at How Matcha on Blandford Street in Marylebone.

Joining is free: create an account, join the London WhatsApp group linked on this page and pick a date in the calendar. Longevity London is a community, not a private longevity clinic or a members' club. People come here to learn, compare notes on tests and check-ups and ask experts their questions.

Frequently asked questions

What is Longevity London?
Longevity London is the London chapter of Longevity Cities, a free and non-commercial community for healthy ageing. Members meet for community dinners, easy group runs through the Royal Parks, matcha walks and conversations about sleep, movement and nutrition. Anyone can join, whether you are new to longevity or already deep into it.
Is there a longevity network or community in London?
Yes, Longevity London is a free network for people in London who want to learn about healthy ageing together. It is part of Longevity Cities, with local chapters in many cities, so you can also meet members when you travel. Day to day the London group connects through meetups and the London WhatsApp group linked on this page, and there is no fee and no application.
Is there a longevity clinic or private members' club in London?
London has private longevity clinics and members' clubs, but Longevity London is neither: we are a free community and do not diagnose, treat or sell anything. Prices in London vary widely, so ask for a full itemised price including follow-ups, and be wary of any plan that starts before tests or pushes supplements. Here you can compare experiences with other members first.
How can I test my biological age in London?
In London you can order an epigenetic test by post, book a private blood panel or use fitness markers such as VO2max and grip strength, which you can estimate for free with the tools on this site. If you are 40 to 74 in England, the free NHS Health Check is a sensible baseline. Epigenetic clocks differ between providers, so read one result as a snapshot.
What longevity events and meetups are there in London?
Longevity London mixes social and active formats. Past meetups included a community dinner at KIN in Fitzrovia and an easy 5K through the Royal Parks. Coming up is Matcha & Walk on Saturday 10 October 2026 at 10:30, starting at How Matcha, 47 Blandford Street, with intros over a matcha or coffee to go and then a walk. All dates are in the calendar on this page.
Is there a longevity run club in London?
Longevity London has organised an easy, social Sunday run: a 5K through the Royal Parks past Big Ben, The Mall and St James's Park as the evening light came in. The pace was held at 6:00 min/km on purpose, slow enough to chat the whole way, so beginners and walkers fit right in. Watch the calendar on this page for the next one.
I am new to London or to longevity. How do I meet people?
Longevity London is built for newcomers: formats like Matcha & Walk open with a round of intros, and dinners and runs are made for conversation, so coming alone is normal. You do not need any background in longevity. The community is mixed in age and background, and all adults are welcome. Say hello in the London WhatsApp group linked on this page.
What does Longevity London cost and how do I join?
Longevity London is free to join: create an account, join the London WhatsApp group linked on this page and register for an event in the calendar. There is no membership fee. At events you pay for what you order yourself, such as your matcha or coffee at Matcha & Walk or your meal at a community dinner, and each listing states costs upfront.
